That's one badass dragon you got there! I really like the attention to detail you put in here. I also feel you've gone a little more 'realistic', for lack of a better word, than with you other work, while still keeping it expressive, so good job on that!

A few points of feedback would be that the contrast of the background is higher than the foreground. Usually, things with high contrast tend to come forward, whereas things with low contrast tend to seem further away. So in artworks, we can use that to our advantage and create more depth in a piece.
I'd also love to see you try your hand at some shading!
